1) Annual Registration Fee
2) First Month Tuition (Not Prorated) (Due at the time of registration thereafter)
Full Term / August - July
Pre-Primary & Youth Division ~ August – July
Pre-Professional Division ~ August–July
Short Session Participation Term Varies
Tuition payments are processed automatically on the first or fifteenth of each month using your Credit/Debit Card (CC) on file. Annual Tuition is divided into equal monthly installments and is the same each month regardless of the class weeks attended, school closings, or holidays each month. All tuition payments and studio fees will be processed with CC on file.
All Studio Payments are Non-Refundable: The studio will not provide refunds for tuition, missed classes, class changes, withdrawals, additional studio fees such as registration fees, costume fees, performance & rehearsal fees and/or any other paid fees required by NFBT. Payments are applicable only for the designated time and purpose paid for and cannot be carried over and/or credited for use at a later time.
Full term tuition installments are due on or before the first of each month for the full term, August through July. The studio must be notified in writing no less than 30 days prior to the first of any month with schedule changes or withdrawals. Families who withdraw their dancer before the end of the full term are responsible to pay for the remaining balance at the time of withdrawal. Student withdrawals will not be complete until all outstanding balances are paid.
Tuition paid after the first of the month will automatically incur a $25 late fee. Students will not be admitted to class if tuition payments are more than 30 days past due. Insufficient payments made by check will incur a $25 returned check fee.
The tuition chart is based on the first student registered per family. Tuition discounts apply automatically for two or more classes. Registration using Family discounts for students who are not siblings is NOT PERMITTED and tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
In the event that we experience another Covid-19 stay at home order, business shutdown, government mandates, natural disaster, or other unexpected event that does not allow students to attend in-studio classes, the studio will continue to hold classes virtually. Tuition will remain the same and be due as scheduled.
NFBT has a specific dress code uniform for each age and division, so there is no need to purchase new dance wear prior to registering and attending the first class. Dress Code uniforms are provided through NFBT only.
Adult dancers may wear any Dancewear they choose.
Hair must be in a slick back ballet bun for all classes. Ponytails, messy buns, two side buns, or braids are not acceptable.
All Dancers will enter and exit the studio in street clothes and shoes. Do not wear ballet/dance shoes outside of the studio. It is not professional, healthy or safe to arrive or leave the studio wearing only leotards, tights and bare feet.
Additional Policies and Guidelines are provided in Welcome Packets.
