Tiny Dancers introduction to dance
Tiny Dancers Age 2-3
Tiny Dancer classes provide an age appropriate introduction to dance movement, music, and rhythm. Classes are structured to allow for a fun and playful learning experience and run from 30-40 minutes. Students may attend only one day per week or more if they choose. Performance opportunities are available to Tiny Dancers in the winter and spring.
Pre-Primary
Pre-Primary Age 3-5
Pre-Primary classes are fun and age appropriate for the pre-school age student. All classes include ballet foundations and are combined with either tap, jazz, or tumbling. Students may attend only one day per week or more if they choose. Performance opportunities are available to all students in the winter and spring.
Youth program Primary Levels
Primary Levels I-III for Age 6-12
Classes are offered Monday-Friday.
Options include Ballet only or Ballet plus an elective.
Electives are added on to the ballet class. Electives vary per age of the class and may include Acro-Dance (acrobatics & tumbling), Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater.
Performance opportunities are available for all students in the winter and spring.
Pre-Professional Level I-II
Pre-Professional I-IIB Age 8-12
Pre-Professional IIA Age 12-15
Tuesday and Thursday (Pre-Pro I-II age 8-12)
Monday and Thursday (Pre-Pro II age 12-15)
Option #1 Ballet Program Only:
Ballet Technique, Pre-Pointe, Pointe Fundamentals,
Classical Variations
Option #2 Full Program:
Ballet Technique, Pre-Pointe, Pointe Fundamentals,
Classical Variations, Conditioning, Contemporary, Acro-Dance.
Performance opportunities are available for all students in the winter and spring. Ballet competition opportunities are by invitation only. The full program is required for students who are invited to participate in YAGP and UBC competitions.
