Annual Tuition is divided into equal monthly installments and is the same each month regardless of the class weeks attended, school closings, or holidays each month. Monthly tuition for the Flexible Term will be 5-10% higher than monthly tuition for the Full Term commitment. All tuition payments, late fees, insufficient payment fees, and any other studio fees due will be process

Late Payments /Insufficient Funds

Tuition that is uncollectable by the fifth of the month will automatically incur a $20 late fee. Students will not be admitted to class if tuition payments are more than 30 days past due. Insufficient payments made by check will incur a $25 returned check fee.

Tuition & Virtual Classes

In the event that we experience another Covid-19 stay at home order, business shutdown, government mandates, natural disaster, or other unexpected event that does not allow students to attend in-studio classes, the studio will continue to hold classes virtually. Tuition will remain the same and be due as scheduled.

Schedule Changes and Withdrawals

The studio must be notified in writing no less than 30 days prior to the first of any month if a student plans to discontinue classes. In addition to the 30 day written (email) notice, the withdrawal form will need to be completed. Tuition will continue to be processed in full on the first each month until NFBT is notified in writing 30 days prior to the first of the next billing month.

No Refund Policy

All Studio Payments are Non-Refundable: The studio will not provide refunds for tuition, missed classes, class changes, withdrawals, additional studio fees such as registration fees, costume fees, performance & rehearsal fees and/or any other paid fees required by NFBT. Payments are applicable only for the designated time and purpose paid for and cannot be carried over and/or credited for use at a later time.

Family Discounts

The tuition chart is based on the first student registered per family. Tuition discounts apply automatically for two or more classes. Registration using Family discounts for students who are not siblings is NOT PERMITTED and tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
