Studio Policies

Tuition Policies, Payments and Registration

Tuition Payments:
• All registration and payments should be completed by clicking the registration link.
Create an online password. Complete your profile information. Choose your classes. Pay the one-time annual registration fee to guarantee your child’s placement in the class or classes of choice. 
* Tuition payments are automatically charged to your Credit/Debit Card on file on the first of each month.
* Monthly tuition is the same each month regardless of holidays or student absences.
* Tuition payments will be charged August - June.
* All students participating in our spring performance will be charged full tuition for the month of June. 

Tuition Paid In Full:
Tuition payments made for the full year (August, 2016-June, 2017) will receive a 5% discount. This discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to registration, performance, costume or other studio fees.

Late Payments:
1) A $20 late fee will be charged to all accounts not paid on the first.
2) Tuition uncollectable by our bank will be charged an additional $25.
3) Students will not be admitted to class if tuition payments are not current. 

Schedule Changes and Withdrawals:
NFBT must be notified in writing 30 days prior to the first of any month with schedule changes or if a student plans to withdraw from classes. Tuition payments are charged and due until the studio is notified in writing.

No Refund Policy:
 North Florida Ballet Theatre does not give refunds or credits for studio payments, fees, tuition paid monthly or for missed classes. Tuition payments are applicable for the designated time paid for and cannot be carried over for use at a later time. Studio fees refer to registration fees, costume fees, performance & rehearsal fees and/or any other fees required.

Family discounts:

uition rates are based on the first student per family.
Tuition discounts automatically apply for each additional student within a family.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS ARE ONLY OFFERED TO SIBLINGS WITHIN A FAMILY.
STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT SIBLINGS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SEPARATE ACCOUNTS.

Visitor Policies:
Visitors are always welcome and are asked to notify the studio in advance to reserve a spot in class.
Pre-approval is needed for pre-professional level classes.

Payment must be submitted prior to attending. (No exceptions)
Visitors who attend drop-in classes for more than one consecutive week will be required to pay the annual registration fee.

Visitor drop-in rates:
One hour class = $20
(Add $5.00 for each additional half hour)


New students are welcome to attend one complimentary class for placement prior to registering.

Registration Fees:
$45 for the first student - Due at registration
Registration fee discounts apply for two or more family members. 

Tuition Rates:
Monthly Tuition Rates are based on the 
minimum class requirement per Level.
*Tiny Dancers start at $60 per month.
*Young Division I & Primary Level I tuition starts at $75 per month.
*Primary Level II tuition starts at $140 per month.
*Primary Level III tuition starts at $140 per month.
*Please contact the studio for Pre-Professional Level tuition rates.

TEACHING 
OPPORTUNITIES

North Florida Ballet Theatre accepts applications, on an ongoing basis, to fill various program positions as needed. We are always looking for experienced, passionate and energetic teachers, guest artist and substitute teachers to join our faculty. Applicants for teaching positions must be able to maintain a consistent schedule and commit for the full term of the program.

Areas of opportunity may include, but are not limited to:
Pre-Ballet, Creative Movement, Parent & Toddler Classes,
 Ballet Technique, Pointe, Partnering, 
Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Tap,
Acrobatics, Yoga, Pilates,
Musical Instruments, Vocal Training, Acting, 
Special Needs Dance and Movement
